Why the event website decides what an event is worth

The stand, the venue and the catering get the budget. The digital pieces decide who turns up and what happens next.

Dubai World Trade Centre alone hosted 401 events in 2025, with close to 3 million attendees (Dubai Media Office, April 2026). Every one of those events competes for the same inboxes. A clear event website, invitations that arrive at the right moment and a follow-up sent while the conversation is fresh are what fill the room and pay back the stand. Most teams buy these pieces from four different suppliers and hope they match. We make them as one kit, on one brand, from one brief.

  • One brief for the whole event, confirmed in writing
  • Every piece planned backwards from your event date
  • Senior creative sign-off before anything goes live

Built with AI, signed off by people

Smarter event pages, without the extra headcount

AI helps us produce faster and do things a small team usually can’t. Every output is reviewed by a senior creative director before it goes live.

How we use AI
  • Event assistantA chat on the microsite that answers the questions your team gets asked again and again: parking, timings, dress code, how to register.
  • Visuals before the venue existsConcept imagery for a launch or a stand while the real thing is still being built, clearly marked as concepts.
  • Every language, every formatSession summaries, Arabic versions and social cuts produced from one approved master.
  • Personal follow-upsFollow-up emails that reflect what each visitor asked about on the stand.

For exhibitors

Exhibition marketing materials that capture leads, not just attention

Printed brochures get left in hotel rooms, and business cards get lost in a bag. A short QR journey on your stand turns every conversation into a contact your sales team can follow up the same week.

  1. 01ScanA QR code on the stand, the screen and the brochure leads to a short, branded form.
  2. 02SendThe visitor gets your digital brochure or price list by email, straight away.
  3. 03SortThe lead lands in your inbox or CRM, tagged with the show and what they asked about.
  4. 04Follow upA follow-up email goes out within 48 hours, while the visit is still remembered.

Who we build event websites for

  • Exhibitors at Dubai trade showsPre-show invitations, stand graphics, screen content and lead capture for shows at Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City Dubai and beyond.
  • Property developers and brokersLaunch events, sales gallery openings and international roadshows, from invitation to follow-up.
  • Conference and summit organisersMicrosites with agenda, speakers, sponsors and registration, plus the emails that fill the seats.
  • Awards nights and gala dinnersNominations, tickets, sponsors, the screens on the night and the recap afterwards.
  • Event management companiesYour digital team under your name, working to your brief and your client’s dates.

Working back from your event date

Event dates don’t move, so we plan backwards from yours. A typical plan for a microsite looks like this.

  1. 8+ weeks outBrief and lookThe event’s look, the site map and the invitation plan, confirmed in writing.
  2. 6 weeks outMicrosite liveThe site and registration go live, and the save the date goes out.
  3. 4 to 1 weeks outInvite and prepareInvitations, reminders and social countdown run; screen content, speaker kit and stand artwork are approved.
  4. Event weekGuide and captureThe “know before you go” email, the QR guide and the lead capture forms, all tested on site.
  5. 48 hours afterFollow upThank-you and follow-up emails go out, the recap page goes live and leads reach your sales team.

FAQ

Event website design questions

Bring your event date. In 15 minutes you’ll know what is realistic and what it costs.

Plan your event
What is an event website, and what is an event microsite?

An event website is a site built to promote and run one event. When it is small, separate from your main website and carries the event’s own look, it is called an event microsite. Either way it holds everything a guest needs, such as the agenda, speakers, venue and registration. It can go live quickly, and after the event it becomes a recap page or the sign-up for next year.

Do I need an event website or a registration platform?

Often both. Registration and ticketing platforms are good at tickets, badges and check-in, but their pages all look alike and say little about why someone should come. The event website tells the story and persuades; the platform handles the tickets. We design the website and connect it to the platform you already use, or set up a simple registration for smaller events.

How much does event website design cost in Dubai?

An event landing page starts from AED 3,500 and a full event microsite from AED 7,000. A full event kit, with invitations, screen content, lead capture and follow-up, is quoted as a fixed price after a short call. The price depends on pages, languages and the systems it connects to.

How long does it take to build an event website?

An event landing page usually takes 2–3 weeks and a full microsite 4–6 weeks, from signed brief to live site. We plan backwards from your event date. A faster date is possible when content and approvals are ready, and is quoted as a rush.

Can the microsite and invitations be in English and Arabic?

Yes. Arabic versions are written by native specialist copywriters and laid out right to left, not just translated, so both languages feel designed.

Do you design and build exhibition stands?

We design the stand graphics, screen content and print artwork, and supply print-ready files to your stand contractor. We don’t build or install stands.

Do you run ads or sell tickets for the event?

No. We create the event’s organic social content, email invitations and the pages they lead to. Ticket sales and payments run through your registration platform, and paid advertising stays with your media agency.

We are an event management company. Can you work under our name?

Yes. Event agencies bring us in as their digital team, white label, working to their brief and their client’s dates. Ask us about partner terms.

What happens to the microsite after the event?

It keeps working. We turn it into a recap page with highlights and downloadable slides, and it can open pre-registration for the next edition. You own the final files and code.
