01Who we are

02What we collect

• From the Book a call and Get pricing forms: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number and company (if you add them), what you need, your budget range and timeline, your message, and which page of the site you came from
• How the site is used, through Google Analytics (see Cookies and analytics below)
• If you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address and the page you subscribed on
• Anything you send us by email or share during a project
• Technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time
• To stop spam, a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address is kept for up to one hour to limit repeated form submissions

03What we don't do

• No advertising trackers, and no analytics cookies unless you accept them
• No newsletters unless you subscribe to one, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link
• We never sell or rent your information

While you browse, your browser's session storage remembers the previous page you visited on this site, so the form can tell us where you came from. It holds only a page address and is cleared when you close the tab.

04Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how people arrive, their device type and approximate country, and whether a form was sent. It never receives your name, email, phone number or message.

Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) are only set if you choose Accept in the cookie bar. Until then, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only signals without identifiers, which Google uses to estimate overall traffic. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Google processes this data for us, and may do so outside the UAE. It is kept for no longer than 14 months. You can also block it entirely with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

05How we use it

To reply to you, arrange a call, prepare a quote and, if we work together, run the project and keep proper records. If you subscribe, to send you our newsletter, about once a month, until you unsubscribe. We rely on your request and consent, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and, for clients, our contract with you.

06Where it is kept

This website and our email are hosted by Hostinger. Our providers may store information outside the UAE; we only use established providers with appropriate safeguards.

07How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the project needs and as UAE law requires for business and financial records.

08Your rights

Under the UAE personal data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to you, the UK or EU GDPR, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office.

09Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
