Book an intro callHow do payments work?
Projects: 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Fractional: billed monthly in advance, with a 3-month minimum and month to month after that.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in AED and exclude VAT where it applies. UK clients can be quoted in GBP.
What is not included?
Photo and video shoots, stock licences, printing and third-party software fees. If a project needs any of these, we list them in the quote so there are no surprises.
How many rounds of changes are included?
Two rounds on each deliverable. Changes to the brief after it is signed off, or more rounds, are quoted before we do them.
Who owns the work?
You do. Final files, designs and code are yours once the invoice is paid.
Why start with the Diagnostic?
It shows what to fix first before you commit to a bigger project, and the fee is credited in full if you start a project with us within 60 days.
