Highlights

  • Investment case first: price, projected yield, completion date and deposit before any scrolling
  • Sections follow the order investors ask: the building, the area, what residents get, who is behind it
  • Sticky navigation jumps straight to any section
  • Birmingham’s rental demand shown with student, graduate and employer figures
  • Four-field enquiry form with international dialling codes, easy to fill in one-handed on a phone
  • Approved copy kept word for word; long paragraphs turned into titles and short lists
  • Laid out for investors in the UK, UAE and Saudi Arabia

The story

Lancaster Wharf is the fifth Affinity Living development: 266 build-to-rent apartments on the waterfront in Birmingham city centre, sold to investors in the UK and overseas. By the time this page was needed the final apartments were on sale, and the job was simple to describe: help a busy investor decide quickly, then make enquiring effortless.

The copy was already approved, so it stayed exactly as written. What changed was everything around it. The page opens on the investment case (price, projected yield, completion date and deposit) and then follows the order an investor asks their questions in: why this building, why this part of Birmingham, what residents get, and who is behind it. A sticky navigation jumps straight to any section, and long paragraphs became titles and short lists without losing a word.

Birmingham's rental demand is shown rather than described, with student and graduate numbers and the employers moving into the city. The enquiry form asks for four things only and works one-handed on a phone, with international dialling codes built in.
